Kunzite

Birthstone for Scorpio, Taurus and Leo

Properties: Kunzite's key propertiy is unconditional love. It encourages compassion and love of others, and combines logic with intuition and inspiration. It is cheering and uplifting, and very good for depression. Kunzite acts as a protection stone in a similar way to Rose Quartz, and is also used as a block for electromagnetic stress. Katrina Raphael refers to kunzite as one of the Heart Chakra 'trinity stones', along with rose quartz and pink tourmaline. It encourages a healthy love of the Divine, and can induce deep meditation, especially for those who find it difficult to meditate. Holding a spear-shaped crystal can encourage one to become a 'spiritual warrior'.
